Brent Agin, MD
Brent Agin, MD is recognized as the go-to medical advisor in the field of healthy aging. He sees patients of all ages and maintains a diverse array of clientele, including professional athletes and celebrities. Dr Agin is the co-author of the books “Healthy Aging for Dummies” and “Superfoods for Dummies”. (Wiley Publishing 2008, 2009)
He is board certified in family medicine, receiving both his undergraduate degree and his medical degree at Michigan State University where he earned Academic All-Big Ten Honors while participating on the men’s varsity soccer team. He completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida.
With his initial training in family medicine, Dr. Agin continues to practice in this field but has a focus on preventative medicine, hormone optimization, and nutrition. He is the founder of Trim Nutrition®, the official nutritional source for IZOD IndyCar Racing. Trim Nutrition® has evolved as an industry leader in the development and delivery of innovative nutritional supplements, vitamin injectables and all-natural, rapid weight loss programs.

Ina McCormick, CAO
Ina McCormick, RN grew up in Western New York and attended Wellsville High School. She moved to the sunshine state and received her nursing degree at St. Petersburg College. Ina began her nursing career at Clearwater Community Hospital furthering her training in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine before taking a position at Morton Plant and Turley Family Health Center in administration. It was here that she gained a well rounded knowledge base in general medicine as well as healthcare administration.
In 2002, Ina assisted Dr. Agin in opening Tampa Bays' first conceirge medical practice, Cooperative Med. She has worked with Dr. Agin in the business development and management of Choice Wellness as well as Trim Nutrition®, Inc. and shares his passion for Nutrition, Anti-Aging and Wellness Medicine.

Jamie Tripp, MSN, ARNP- C
Jamie joined the Choice Wellness team in 2011. She is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, seeing patients 2 years and older. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. While pursuing her Master’s degree, Jamie worked full time at a local hospital as a nursing educator on a cardiology unit. Jamie is dedicated to preventative health maintenance and being active across the lifespan. She believes there are various pathways to wellness and encourages integrative care when safe and effective, in addition to traditional medicine.
Since most health issues are related to lifestyle, Jamie challenges her patients to take an active role in their health through regular physical activity and good nutrition.

Cheryl Kordek, MSN, ARNP- C
Cheryl is an AANP board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, seeing patients that are 13 years and older. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Cheryl has a background in Labor and Delivery nursing as well as women's health. She also served as adjunct faculty at the University of South Florida teaching undergraduate nursing students. Cheryl believes in working as a team with her patients to develop a healthy and safe lifestyle that the patient themselves can achieve.
Kathy Stocks, RN
Kathy Stocks, RN went to nursing school in South Philadelphia and graduated from Westbrook Collage in Portland, Maine. She was a charge nurse in the cardiac critical step down unit at Maine Medical Center before moving to Florida in 1991. Kathy continued her nursing career at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg as well as in Seattle Washington. She explored home health and Hospice nursing positions before working at the Health Department where she focused on Women’s Health and Wellness.
Kathy has worked with Dr. Agin for the last seven years doing Family Practice with a focus on weight loss, general nutrition, hormone optimization and patient education. In her free time Kathy enjoys running, volunteering and reading.

Mary Campbell, Practice Manager
Mary attended Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan where she studied Pre-Med. She then spent seven years at the Saginaw Medical Center, gaining experience working with patients of all types ranging from Neonatology to Geriatrics.
Moving on, Mary completed extensive administrative and organizational training at the The Hubbard Academy in Los Angeles, CA. She spent the last 17 years as an owner or executive of both private and public companies, overseeing all aspects of establishment and production in the fields of human relations, legal, marketing, sales, business and product development, and quality control The last 10 years have been dedicated to medical practice management. Mary comes to Choice Wellness with an extensive back ground in Integrative Medicine and a passion for Health and fitness.

Kathy Rhinehart, IV Certified MA
Ms. Rinehart graduated with honors from Remmington College in 2004 with a degree in Medical Assisting. Ms. Rinehart currently serves on the Advisory Board at Remmington College in Tampa for the Medical Assisting Program. She has experience in the fields of wellness medicine, weight loss management, and micro-nutrient IV infusions. Ms. Rinehart received her Florida State IV Certification in 2009 from Critical Concepts Medical Education. She has also received continuing education from Fibro & Fatigue Centers in 2011 for micro-nutrient therapy, bio-identical hormones and the treatment for Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue.

Becky Feliciano, IV Certified MA
Becky graduated from ultimate Medical Academy with her medical assistant degree. She completed her externship hours here at Choice wellness. Some of her qualifications are medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, pharmacology, phlebotomy, medical law & ethics and assisting in minor surgeries. Becky also received her IV certification from Clinical Solutions in 2011.

Angie Yorton, CNA
Angie is a native of Southern Florida and graduated from East Lake High School. She then attended Central Florida Institute and completed a degree in Certified Nursing Assisting, spending the next years working in pediatric, geriatric, and hospice type care. During this time she completed additional degrees in infant and child care, expanding her education into early childhood development and VPK classroom teaching, with an emphasis on natural social development. She joined us here at Choice Wellness in spring 2011 and is enjoying the opportunity to work in the exciting field of integrative medicine.
Helen Littlejohn, Reception
Helen comes to Choice Wellness with an extensive background in nutrition and wellness. Helen is the anchor of our front desk and is our client service representative extraordinaire. She has many years of management and customer service experience locally. Helen is the first smiling face you will see when you come to Choice Wellness and she strives to provide excellent customer service for all of our clients.
